About Us

Little Gaddesden Junior Football Club was formed to teach football to boys and girls, from the age of five through to eighteen.

The Club has steadily grown and now has some 200 members, with teams in most ages competing in the West Hertfordshire Youth League, South Buckingham District Junior League or the South Bedfordshire Youth League.

The teams mostly have training on Saturday mornings and then play matches against other clubs on Sunday mornings.

The younger age groups (U11’s and below) play at the Church Road Playing Fields in Little Gaddesden, whilst the older age groups play at the nearby Ashridge House.

Little Gaddesden Rangers is a non-profit organisation run entirely by parent-volunteers. We welcome players, both boys and girls, from all social and racial backgrounds and try to accommodate, wherever possible, players of all abilities.

Our aim is to provide a safe, caring and fun environment to enable children to enjoy playing football and develop their skills.

Many of our coaches are FA Certified Coaches, i.e. with formal Level 1 or Level 2 coaching qualifications from the FA. And all Coaches and age-group Managers have received First Aid training, are independently CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked by the FA, and have all been trained in child welfare.

Above all, we are all just parents volunteering our time towards giving the children a fabulous learning experience.
